for the first time in my life, i think i'm actually organised. 24 kids and 4 leaders have been organised into cabins for ecamp. 24 kids and 4 leaders have been organised into vehicles. a trailers been hooked up, an extra van to haul more kids... and theres still just under a week to go! maybe i'll actually get some work done this week!

i got some photos from australia this week, from my trip there in jan. i left a whole lot of photos on nick harris's computer, burnt them onto a cd, then forgot the cd. so it's taken 2 months to finially get them.... by email. and it was GREAT to see the photos. nice to look and remember stuff of the three week trip that went way too fast. i'll post some up here:

these guys, known as my PERTH POSSE, were some of the guys and gals i met at nick's carey baptist church youth camp (i know, the irony of it almost being the same name as where i go in auckland is astounding). It was a one night camp, but none the less, it was jolly good fun. massive indoor gym where we played an array of sports. and the pool... oh, so lovely in such dry, hot conditions. but its great, despite being in another country, i couldnt get away from youth ministry. how i love it.

and the good old worship band. the massivest sound system set up for 30 kids in a big room. woosh... there goes the sound past ones head. but it was very funky.

wish me luck with soccer tomorrow. after my first game last saturday, i couldn't walk properly for 4 days. maybe ill stretch properly....
